1. What makes your POF film different?

We manufacture in-house with multi-layer co-extrusion lines and in-line corona treatment. Key advantages: superior clarity (low haze for better shelf visibility), consistent batch-to-batch shrinkage (no tunnel warping), and strong seal integrity on L-sealer lines. We also offer customization on slip, anti-fog, and UV resistance additives per your application

 

2. What thickness and width do you offer?

Thickness: 12–30 micron (single layer). Width: 100–2300 mm. Available in center-fold, single-wound, and Micro perforated. Custom sizes available upon request.

 

3. What is your lead time?

Custom size (plain): 15–20 working days. Custom size with printing: 20–25working days. Exact lead time confirmed per order.

 

4. Is POF film food-safe? 

Yes. Our standard POF film meets SGS testing for heavy metals and phthalates, and is RoHS compliant. FDA-compliant grades are also available for direct food contact .

5. How is the film packed and shipped?

Each roll is wrapped with PE stretch film + inner core plug, packed in 5-layer export-grade cartons with corner protectors. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and strapped.
